Shipping and Returns

We aim to have the goods with you within 10 working days sent by Royal Mail signed for delivery. We try to keep all our shipping costs to a minimum.

There is no postage charge for Slinks gift vouchers.

Where possible we recycle packaging, we hope you agree with our environmental policy and do not mind if your brown paper or postal bag is not brand new.

 

We are more than happy to refund or exchange any item. Returns need to be made within 2 weeks of receipt of the goods by signed delivery and a tracking number. Anything beyond this cannot be returned. All goods must be returned as new and unworn.

 

Refunds will be made to the original card account or by cheque, if preferred. To cover banking and administration costs all refunds to card accounts will be subject to a £1 fee. Original postage and packaging fees are not refundable. In the case of exchanges, only where the company (Slinks) is at fault will the customer not be charged the additional postage and packaging costs.
